Urban Trade Link began its journey by partnering with GETCO, a prominent transmission line client. From generating inquiries to managing deliveries and securing payments, all activities were handled single-handedly—laying the foundation for a strong, process-driven operation.
With growing demand, we expanded our team by onboarding operations staff. This year saw significant growth as we acquired key clients across new industries including paint (Nerolac), chemicals (SNF & Jubilant), and bag manufacturing (Safari). Our turnover doubled, and we streamlined our backend processes by implementing billing and stock management software. Dhwani took over finance and accounting responsibilities, ensuring compliance and clarity in operations.
Our client base continued to grow with a major achievement: an Annual Rate Contract with Rockman (Hero Group), covering multiple product categories. We also secured another ARC with Nerolac for ETP plant chemicals. To support this expansion, we strengthened our sourcing team and established a dedicated warehouse to manage inventory more efficiently.
Marking a major leap forward, we entered the aviation and solar sectors with clients from new states. This diversification led to a doubling of our turnover yet again. We developed customized solutions for airport infrastructure and expanded our footprint in the solar industry, securing multiple new clients and enhancing our capabilities across categories.
